Mr. Esa Tervo founded Neoxen Systems in 2002 and he leads the strategic operations of the company. Tervo brings Neoxen Systems a strong vision and remarkable experience of large-scale international project operations, product development, executive consulting and management.

Tervo has a solid background in content publishing systems and document management. Prior to founding Neoxen Systems, Tervo worked as Executive Vice President and CTO at Probatus Technologies, an affiliate of Comptel Corporation. Prior to Comptel Tervo worked as Development Director at Bentley Systems, a leading provider of collaborative engineering solutions for global markets.

Tervo has produced a wide range of technology innovations, industry articles and publications. He co-authored the very first Linux books in Finnish already in 1994. Tervo is a frequent speaker in technology seminars and industry events.

Mr. Tero Toropainen joined Neoxen Systems in 2004 to lead the product management, technology alliances and corporate security. Toropainen brings Neoxen Systems a strong experience in technology management, technical product management and partnership management. Toropainen has a solid background in content publishing systems and document management.

Prior to joining Neoxen Systems, Toropainen worked as Technology Coordinator at Elcoteq Design Center. Prior to Elcoteq Toropainen worked as Software Manager and Technical Product Manager at Probatus Technologies, an affiliate of Comptel Corporation and prior to that as PRG Manager (Product Release Group) at Bentley Systems, a leading provider of collaborative engineering solutions for global markets.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Ms. Sari Peltonen joined Neoxen Systems in 2004 to lead the Research and Development Division. Peltonen brings Neoxen Systems a remarkable experience in technology analysis and architecture design in mission-critical enterprise solutions. She has a solid background in content publishing systems and document management.

Prior to joining Neoxen Systems, Peltonen worked as Architecture Specialist at Elcoteq Design Center. Prior to Elcoteq Peltonen worked as R&D Manager and Head of Core Development at Probatus Technologies, an affiliate of Comptel Corporation. She also acted as Director of Invention Board and was the key inventor in patented Spectra technology. Prior to Probatus she worked as R&D Manager (Core Development) at Bentley Systems, a leading provider of collaborative engineering solutions for global markets.

Creative Director

Mr. Kari Tanskanen joined Neoxen Systems in 2004 to lead the Corporate Brand Development. Tanskanen has a strong background in large-scale document publishing systems, graphics and arts, and utilizing information systems in marketing.

Prior to Neoxen Systems, Tanskanen worked at University of Turku managing the introduction of the university wide publishing system. Prior to that, he worked at Probatus Technologies, an affiliate of Comptel Corporation, Digia and as a lecturer at Turku Polytechnic Arts Academy.

Mrs. Kirsi Tervo Mrs. Kirsi Tervo joined Neoxen Systems in 2002 to manage the corporate finances. Prior to Neoxen Systems, she worked over seventeen years at Restel Oy managing and developing restaurant business in Southwest Finland. Mrs. Tervo brings Neoxen Systems a solid background of financial management and business development.

Mr. Anders Holm joined Neoxen in 2004 to lead the architecture design of system software. Holm brings Neoxen Systems a remarkable experience in mission-critical software design and real-time systems.

Prior to joining Neoxen Systems, Holm worked as Senior Software Engineer at Elcoteq Design Center. Prior to Elcoteq, he worked as Systems Architect at Probatus Technologies, an affiliate of Comptel Corporation.

Mr. Les Postnikoff is an Executive with over 25 years’ domestic and international general management, marketing and sales expertise. He has specialized knowledge in software services, customer support, training, consulting and systems integration. His multi-functional background includes strategic planning, international operations, product marketing, sales management, strategic alliance development and acquisitions.
