Therefore, the Transmittal concept (captive environment controlling data coming in and going out) was necessary to ensure trackability of each project phase, approvals and the correct versions of the deliverables.

To ease project managers' massive workload, each translation project is now easily accessible and manageable. Instead of traditional web browser interface, project managers use a native Windows client.

Navigating through thousands of translation projects is boosted with Neoxen NaviLists accessible directly through Windows Desktop. NaviList gathers each projects contents into a one easy to use structure. Neoxen NaviLists are automatically created when new translation projects are created.

Technology Behind

Neoxen's own QX technology integrates existing data systems into the solution. Easy-to-use user interfaces are based on Neoxen Visual Modus.

Document management, version control and workflow with record tracking is built on Microsoft SharePoint spiced up with Neoxen QX Technology.
