Neoxen Visual Modus QX OEM Edition

Neoxen Systems has today announced the next generation OEM Edition of their flagship product Visual Modus QX. This major release contains vast improvements and enhancements especially targeted for OEM customers.

Neoxen Visual Modus QX is a Windows Desktop Explorer for SharePoint. It provides native Windows desktop access for multiple SharePoint sites, sub sites, lists and folders. It allows users to manage and share documents, restructure folders and other resources stored in SharePoint. It supports drag & drop to and from email clients, local folders, FTP sites, network locations and any supported back-end systems.

Already many ISV’s have integrated Visual Modus QX into their product portfolios. Visual Modus is widely customizable, including graphical look and feel, icons, program names, etc. It allows OEM customers to create a “User Experience”, a look and feel to match their product portfolio requirements. Customers can also extend the menu system and toolbars, and create command add-ons. Dynamic multi-language support allows clients to use their Industry Specific Terminologies in Visual Modus QX menus.

Neoxen embraces open industry standards for interoperability. Visual Modus QX allows users to link documents, instructions, descriptions, web links or folder contents and to store them as logical XML-based NaviLists.

Together with Neoxen EveryPlace™ OEM extensions, NaviLists integrate almost any desktop application with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. This concept allows users to access the entire information stored in corporate infrastructure directly from their productivity tools.
